Active Clearance required: Top Secret or above

What You’ll Do:

Manage incident response in a 24x7 operational environment, ensuring high system availability

Collaborate across operations, development, and external partners to streamline issue resolution

Document fixes, improve knowledge bases, and help shape future system improvements

Who You Are:

You have 2+ years of experience in application infrastructure support and 1+ year in system administration (Windows/Linux).

Knowledge of cloud environments and education will be taken into consideration as well

You’re familiar with Azure/AWS cloud environments (preferred)

An Active Top Secret Clearance or Above is required

Shift differential of 5-7% will be included on top of base pay for Swing/ Night shift
