Position Summary
The Data & IT Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level data and IT solutions that support business objectives. This role combines expertise in data architecture, business intelligence, EDI, SQL, and IT project management to develop scalable and secure data-driven systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while optimizing infrastructure for efficiency and growth. This is a HYBRID full-time position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
--Data & Architecture Strategy:
Design and implement enterprise data architecture solutions that align with business objectives.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all data-driven platforms.
Develop best practices for data governance, management, and storage solutions.
--IT & Solution Development:
Lead the design and deployment of scalable IT and data solutions, ensuring system integration and high performance.
Oversee the implementation of BI (Business Intelligence) tools, data warehouses, and analytics frameworks.
Ensure seamless integration of EDI processes with internal and external systems.
--Project Management & Leadership:
Manage IT and data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to define technical requirements.
Lead system migrations, upgrades, and implementations, including ERP and cloud-based solutions.
--Technical Expertise & Development:
Utilize SQL, Python, or other programming languages to optimize data workflows and system performance.
Define API and middleware strategies for data exchange and connectivity between platforms.
Experience with NetSuite a plus!
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in data and IT environments.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
--Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
--Experience: 7+ years of experience in data architecture, IT solutions, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SQL, EDI, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker), and data warehousing.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, or C#) for data management.
Experience implementing and optimizing ERP and enterprise software solutions.
Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
