Skills:
10+ year of IT experience.
Ability to understand and deliver applied analytics readouts/storytelling with recommendations by understanding trends/spikes/nuances in data to provide value-driven opportunities, driven by data.
Skills should include analysis leveraging data sets in tableau, excel etc. and the ability to understand and ideate new data sources to bring into the mix to drive more understanding and context to the data, to drive improvements to KPIs.
Senior Level BI/Analytics experience + Business Analyst/Product Owner level experience is a must
Excellent hands-on Tableau & Excel skills, including certifications
Monitor and analyze performance of Strategies
Channel Proposition Analysis
Data Trend and Deep Dives
Worked on Teradata SQL and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience in implement ( Performance and Optimization ) across various channels and platforms like Mobile, Web, Customer Service interface, Real Time speech (RTS) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
