Our client, operates in the power management industry and is seeking a Cyme Training Specialist to join their team.

Job Title: Cyme Training Specialist

Location: Warrendale, PA

Summary of the Position: As a Cyme Training Specialist, you will play a key role within the training team by supporting various projects and initiatives focused on delivering training classes using Cyme Software. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of Cyme training classes under the guidance of senior engineers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, define objectives, and ensure classes meet quality standards.

Provide support in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions.

Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in engineering technologies to enhance training content and delivery methods.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in engineering or a related discipline (entry-level professionals are welcome).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., Cyme, CAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in team settings.

High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or co-op experience in an engineering-related role.

Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Certification or training in relevant engineering disciplines.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
