IT Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage IT budget for the company across all departments and locations, constantly looking for ways to reduce cost without impacting employee or customer experience.
Identify and develop or manage the development projects of technology solutions that improve user or customer experience while mitigating risk and controlling costs.
Manage and mitigate company IT risks - system downtime, servers and individual machines.
Manage 3rd party providers setting clear expectations and holding them to deadlines and cost.
Identify future potential IT needs of the company including annual IT capital budget and potential needs in next 3-5 years.
Provide setup, support, and training related to software, printing functions, audio/visual needs, video conferencing and similar requirements as needed.
Understand how technology drives business performance and make recommendations based on impact to company net income.
