Location: McMinnville, OR 97128 (On-Site)
Salary Range: $110,000 - $145,000 (Negotiable Signing Bonus)

An experienced and strategic Director of People Services (HR) is needed to lead and oversee all human resources and employee relations functions. This role will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, compensation strategy, and compliance within a healthcare environment.

Lead HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, CMS, OSHA, and TJC regulations.
Oversee workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and organizational effectiveness.
Provide expert HR consultation on union relations, labor laws, and contract negotiations.
Analyze compensation and benefits data, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
Develop and manage training programs, leadership development, and succession planning.
Maintain and monitor HR budgets, policies, and resource allocation.Must-Have Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
5+ years of progressive HR/People Services experience in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training & Development, and Compensation (preferably in healthcare).
Recent union experience in HR leadership.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to develop and monitor budgets, analyze compensation structures, and ensure fiscal accountability.Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Master’s Degree (Preferred).
PHR/SPHR Certification (Preferred).
Supervisory experience overseeing various HR/People Services support roles.
Experience managing HR in a multi-site setting with a large employee base.
Extensive knowledge of federal/state employment laws, CMS, OSHA, and TJC regulatory compliance.Interview Process:
