Quality Manager

Job Description Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full time Quality Manager for their plant located just 25 minutes from McMinnville, TN.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading total product quality across all plant operations.

Driving quality improvements during production and preventing issues before production starts.

Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L accountability.

Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives Leading Kaizen and manager meetings on daily basis.

Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns Overseeing internal audits, and ensuring compliance with IATF standards Providing direction, training and mentoring to direct reports.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years of experience leading quality (or similar) within a manufacturing environment.

Automotive manufacturing background preferred Strong knowledge of quality documentation, mechanical aptitude and understanding of root cause analysis, GD&T, and similar functions.
