Job summary:
The Executive and Family Affairs Manager bridges business operations and private family matters, ensuring smooth coordination, confidentiality, and efficiency across a variety of responsibilities. This is a trusted, detail-oriented role suited for someone with a high level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and organizational skill.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, meeting support and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for executive meetings.
Assist in managing internal communications and liaising with department heads or external partners as needed.
Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, off sites, and events.
Family Affairs
Manage personal schedules, travel, and appointments for family members as requested.
Oversee household or estate administrative tasks (e.g., staffing coordination, vendor management, event planning).
Support shareholder relations, management, and events.
Serve as a liaison between the family and professional service providers (legal, financial, medical, etc.).
Support family-related projects, philanthropy, or initiatives as needed.
Operational & Project Support
Assist with family office operations, including document organization, record-keeping, and expense tracking.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
Coordinate personal and professional events, from private dinners, business gatherings to customer contact events.
Ensure alignment between family goals and business priorities, supporting a unified operational flow.
