CNC Programmer

Detailed Tasks:
Work with Operations Manager and CNC Production Team to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
Develop, maintain and continuously improvement CNC programs, set-up documentation, process drawings, inspection plans and other relevant info.
Understand and leverage equipment capability for material and productivity.
Participate and Drive continuous improvement efforts.
Via training and in-house efforts.
Client uses Featurecam and Fusion and they just got ESPRIT - so the ability to leverage these tools is key.
Manage and implement changes to all CNC programs on 3-5 Axis CNC Mills and Lathes. Profile:
3+ years experience - strongly prefer build to print, low volume environment
Ability to communicate accurately and effectively, both orally and in writing
Expert knowledge of CNC equipment, machining and advanced manufacturing processes.
Featurecam, Fusion and/or ESPRIT software skills is a must along with GD&T skills and knowledge.
Associates or Technical Degree is preferred / not required.
Compensation: DOE - $35-40/hr - $75-85K Range
