Job Description Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Nashville, TN, to find an Electronic Systems Engineer to lead the development of electronic and electromechanical controls within product development projects.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Apply systems engineering principles to electronic control developmentManage system-level requirements and decompose into hardware, software, and firmware specificationsDevelop architecture and design specifications, including functional block diagramsDefine and execute test plans for design verification and validation Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, firmware, software) and external suppliersEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Support risk assessment processes (FMEA/DFMEA) and maintain comprehensive documentationBasic Qualifications:B.S.
