Infection Preventionist RN

Position: Registered Nurse - Infection Prevention

Guaranteed Hours: 20 to 24 hours/week

Shift Schedule:

2 full days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) and 1 half day (flexible scheduling)

Work Days: Monday - Friday (flexibility with which days are worked)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Infection Prevention . This part-time role focuses on monitoring, investigating, and implementing measures to control and prevent the spread of infectious diseases within the facility.

Requirements:

Active RN license in good standing

BLS Certification

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

Knowledge of and access to NHSN (National Healthcare Safety Network)

Ability to recognize communicable disease symptoms and implement appropriate transmission precautions

Open to first-time travelers

Preferred:

CIC (Certification in Infection Control) credential

Compensation Package

Minimum W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $552.00 (Weekly 24 Hours)

Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,464.00 (Weekly 24 Hours)

Total Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,016.00 (Weekly 24 Hours)

Pay: $80.00 - $82.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
