* Support the implementation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance workflows for exception handling and traceability.

* Act as a liaison between internal teams and external trading partners, addressing inventory issues and resolving exceptions.

* Train internal teams on serialization compliance, exception management, and best practices.

* Contribute to the development of systems and processes for ongoing exception management, staying abreast of DSCSA regulatory updates.

* Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decisions under regulatory timelines.

* Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building.

* Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving regulatory requirements.

* Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.

* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines.

* Experience in exception management, triage workflows, and issue resolution in high-volume, high-urgency environments.

* Familiarity with DSCSA requirements, serialization, and traceability compliance.

* Knowledge of pharmacy and warehouse product flow and workforce dynamics.

* Hands-on experience with DSCSA compliance platforms.

* Proven track record in managing queues and driving process improvement across large organizations.

* Ability to influence outcomes, mediate conflicts, and guide teams to resolutions in a high-stakes regulatory environment.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

* Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).

Nice-to-Haves:

* 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, analysis, retail, or healthcare.

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

* Broad Supply Chain and/or Store Operations experience.

* Experience with data visualization tools.

* Strong problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach.

* Database experience, preferably with SQL.
