Champions the goal of equipment efficiency by establishing optimal process standards.

Restore and maintain line operations, swiftly addressing any breakdowns.

Develop expertise within the team, driving forward skills enhancement in line with TPM principles.

Provide vital support to Supervisors, filling in operational gaps when necessary.

Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, using your technical acumen to maintain a high level of performance.

Maintain a keen oversight on inventory management, ensuring that parts and tools are readily available.

Collaborate in formal department meetings to advocate for superior line and equipment performance. What You Bring:

Completion of high school education or GED, with a preference for further technical or collegiate training.

At least 3 years’ experience in a maintenance role within a rigorously regulated setting, like the FDA environment.
