About the Opportunity

A respected general contractor is seeking a Construction Superintendent with strong experience in podium and wood frame construction to lead field operations on residential and commercial projects. Youll be the day-to-day on-site leader responsible for coordination, quality, safety, and schedule execution.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems in real time, and building strong relationships with trade partners and internal teams.

What Youll Do

Run day-to-day field activities for podium and wood frame builds

Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure alignment with schedule and specs

Utilize Bluebeam and field reporting tools for document review and daily oversight

Ensure high standards of safety, quality control, and cleanliness across the site

Manage inspection schedules, materials logistics, and subcontractor performance

Produce daily reports, conduct foreman meetings, and maintain site documentation

Enforce jobsite policies and maintain accurate as-builts

Mentor Assistant Supers and Field Engineers; maintain professional communication at all levels

What You Bring

25+ years of superintendent or field management experience in podium and wood frame construction

Experience working on large multi-family, mixed-use, or senior housing builds

Proficiency with Bluebeam and construction documentation tools

Understanding of material lead times, jobsite sequencing, and inspection coordination

Comfortable managing multiple subcontractors and resolving field issues quickly

Excellent leadership presence, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail

10-Hour OSHA Certification required; CPR/First Aid preferred

Willingness to travel when needed
