Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, HSE, or a related field.
Possession of Ahli K3 Umum (General OHS certification) is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management, building HSSE, office project management, or a related discipline.
Proven track record in managing office setups, renovations, maintenance operations, and implementing safety and quality standards.
Strong experience in comprehensive contract management, including technical, HSSE, and commercial reviews.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Inspirational leadership with a focus on fostering a "One Team" Facilities Management culture, engaging both local and group leadership.
Skills:
Solid project management capabilities with a strong focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
In-depth knowledge of MEP and HVAC systems.
Proficient in managing office leases and vendor contracts.
Familiarity with health and safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).
Technologically proficient, with strong skills in Microsoft Office, Oracle, Google Workspace, multimedia design, and artwork creation.
Strong analytical, planning, and performance management skills.
