Machine Operator

Cardinal Staffing Services, is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a supplier of stainless, nickel, and titanium alloys to industries such as Aerospace, Medical, Defense, and Thermal Processing.

Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($19/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Location: Maumee, OH

Training: 1st shift Monday - Friday- 7am - 3pm

Available shifts:

2nd shift Monday - Friday 3pm - 11pm

3rd shift Monday - Friday 11pm - 7am

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

Translate the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production

Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects

Ensure that every machine procedure is done in accordance with the strict guidelines of the company

Follow all company safety protocol

Inspect the work area and machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift

Attend and actively participate in training classes and safety sessions Qualifications of the Machine Operator:

2+ years' experience using production machinery

Extensive knowledge of machine maintenance and operation

Must possess strong basic math skills and measuring
