We're hiring a Windows System Administrator to join our team on a Sunday through Thursday schedule—giving you Fridays and Saturdays to truly unplug. This full-time, work-from-home role supports our dynamic client environments with a focus on Windows Server administration and Hyper-V virtualization.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage Windows Server Environments: Ensure peak performance, apply routine updates/patches, and respond quickly to server-related issues.

Oversee Hyper-V Virtual Machines: Deploy, configure, and secure VMs, optimizing performance and resource efficiency.

Support End-Users: Provide technical assistance, document complex issues, and help users understand best practices.

Optimize Systems: Implement and document performance-tuning best practices and ensure compliance with security policies.

What You Bring:

Minimum 3 years of experience with Windows Server & Hyper-V environments

Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on technical expertise

Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting for automation

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

A proactive, ownership-minded attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Certifications like MCSA, MCSE, or VMware VCP

Familiarity with networking and server security best practices
