Business Development Manager

Our client in Warrendale, PA is searching for a Business Development Manager to add to their team.

Job Description:

- Identify new business opportunities, build client relationship and develop strategies to drive company growth

- Create and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives, including market analysis, competitive assessment, and sales forecasting

- Travel and participate in trade shows and conferences

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or marketing

- At least 3 years of experience in an outside sales position - technical sales is highly preferred

- Experience with technical products

- Familiarity with machine controls, wireless technology and/or PLC logic controllers

- Strong understanding of business principles, marketing strategies, and sales processes

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office

- Ability to lead and motivate sales teams
