Global Mobility Immigration Consultant

Job Description

The Washington, DC office of our client, an international law firm is seeking an experience immigration professional to support their global mobility and migration practice with a specific focus on outbound immigration. Qualified applicants will have familiarity with visa and passport processes, specifically focused global experiences such as consular processing and document legalization/authentication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, is also required.

Qualified applicants will have

Assist with coordinating work permit, residence permit, and visa and legalization/authentication requirements for multiple countries in Europe, Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.

Assist with consular application services, including completing and coordinating visa applications and document legalization/authentication requirements and communicating with multiple stakeholders regarding application process and timelines under attorney instruction and supervision.

Under the supervision of an attorney, assist with reviewing visa matters, meticulous tracking and updating reports, and databases with large volumes of case data, coordinating visa matters, commitment to meeting deadlines.

Ability to adhere to strict delivery schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of services and work product to clients.

This is an immediate need starting asap with a duration up to four months. The role requires three days/week on site at the firm's Washington, DC office. Hourly pay rate will be determined based on experience, the range quoted is wide to allow for candidates with one to thirty years of experience to apply.Company Description
