Duration: 12-Month Contract to Hire

Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of large and complex data, analytics, technology, and software products. This role is best suited for someone with deep technical expertise, experience in Agile environments, and strong leadership skills to drive technical vision and product growth in alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical product strategy and development lifecycle for high-growth products
Translate ambiguous business challenges into product solutions through discovery and refinement sessions
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and UAT teams to analyze and implement product functionalities
Define product requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
Regularly engage with users and stakeholders to prioritize features and roadmap decisions
Align product initiatives with business goals and budgets
Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products and gain deep understanding of mortgage-backed securities.
Manage stakeholder relationships across engineering, operations, and external clients
Drive product initiatives from ideation to delivery with attention to technical feasibility and time-to-market
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Facilitate discovery and planning workshops with stakeholders
Develop wireframes and collaborate on design solutions using tools like Figma, Miro, or Lucid
Maintain backlog and sprint planning in JIRA
Prioritize roadmap based on user feedback, business needs, and market research
Track product KPIs and prepare reports for executive leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, QA, and Dev teams to resolve blockers
Oversee testing cycles and post-release evaluations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in technical product management
Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and project management skills
Experience prioritizing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing product lifecycles in data-intensive or analytics-driven applications
Proficiency in tools such as: JIRA, PowerBI, Figma, Lucid, Miro, Trello, SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services, securitization, or government sectors
Prior exposure to mortgage-backed securities or capital markets
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
Experience presenting product roadmaps and recommendations to executive leadership
