Job Description:

We’re seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level support across multiple healthcare ventures. This dynamic role combines traditional EA responsibilities with digital marketing initiatives, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to business growth while managing essential administrative functions. You’ll work directly with the business owner to streamline operations, enhance digital presence, and support the expansion of multiple healthcare-related ventures. This position offers the perfect blend of administrative expertise and marketing creativity, all while contributing to services that make a real difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive administrative support including meeting documentation, monthly reporting, and appointment scheduling

• Create and maintain detailed records for injury management and workplace safety cases

• Drive digital marketing initiatives including website updates, social media management, and Google Ads campaigns

• Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategy to enhance business presence

• Process and organize sensitive healthcare-related documentation with attention to confidentiality

• Coordinate and schedule client meetings across multiple healthcare ventures

• Support lead generation and follow-up activities

• Assist with business development initiatives and prospect communication

• Maintain and update website content using Squarespace

• Handle email correspondence and calendar management

• Prepare and format professional business reports and presentations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with demonstrated marketing capabilities

• Strong background in digital marketing tools and social media management

• Experience with website content management (Squarespace experience preferred)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Superior written and verbal communication abilities

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

• Proficiency in standard business software and digital tools

• Available during Australian Western Time business hours

• Experience in healthcare or professional services industry preferred

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
