Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns
Assist customers in navigating products/services, troubleshooting issues, and placing orders
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary
