What You’ll Do

As Production Manager, you’ll oversee our shop floor, where custom signage comes to life—from print graphics to dimensional signs and vehicle wraps. You’ll coordinate people, materials, and timelines to make sure jobs move smoothly through the shop and out the door on time.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll coach and support a team of talented makers and installers, keep safety and quality front and center, and work closely with project managers to stay aligned on client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a 5–8 person production team

Coordinate daily workflow, materials, and shop resources

Monitor deadlines and pivot quickly when needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Partner with install schedulers to prep jobs for the field

Keep an eye on quality control, vehicle maintenance, and inventory

Uphold Mustang’s standards—and help others do the same

Jump in and help when needed—especially during crunch time

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

Background in manufacturing, trades, production, or logistics

Experience leading a team or running a shop

Comfortable using software (we use ShopVox, but we’ll train you)

Familiarity with large-format printing, vinyl, or basic fabrication
