Scrum Master

The Lead Scrum Master at Cricket Wireless is a senior-level role responsible for guiding and coaching a scrum team in Agile/Scrum practices. This position focuses on enhancing team maturity, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and removing impediments to ensure productivity. The Scrum Master acts as a servant leader, fostering a trusting environment and representing the team to management while managing complex projects and stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities

Guide a scrum team on Agile/Scrum practices and self-organization.

Assess the maturity of the scrum team and provide coaching for improvement.

Remove impediments and guide the team on how to do so.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Standup, Retrospective, and Iteration Planning.

Empower teams and facilitate creativity while monitoring iteration progress.

Represent the team to management and disseminate information including metrics.

Work with other Scrum Masters for organizational process improvement.

Build and maintain a trusting and safe environment for the team. Requirements

5-8 years of experience in a related field.

Scrum Certification(s) from PSM

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Technical, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

Experience in artificial intelligence/machine learning technologies Nice-to-haves

Basic knowledge of ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and ITIL
