We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves overseeing the performance of various systems, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting project delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise in enterprise tools and platforms, ensuring a secure and efficient workspace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure seamless operation and reliability.

• Manage and maintain enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, Jamf, and Intune.

• Oversee the administration and support of security platforms, including Crowdstrike and Cloudflare.

• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to strengthen system security and compliance.

• Provide technical support for daily operations, troubleshooting system issues as they arise.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project implementations and deliverables.

• Configure and maintain network technologies, including Cisco and Dell systems.

• Administer and monitor Active Directory, ensuring proper access management.

• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical data.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or a related field.

• Strong expertise in Google Workspace, Jira, Jamf, Intune, and M365.

• Proficiency in managing and securing enterprise tools such as Crowdstrike and Cloudflare.

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Citrix, and Dell technologies.

• Solid understanding of Active Directory, firewall technologies, and backup solutions.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and related technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
