Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and team members.

• Handle email correspondence, responding promptly and appropriately to inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings to optimize team productivity.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Assist in organizing and tracking schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support various administrative processes and contribute to streamlining workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.• Proven experience in administrative support or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
