We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and team members.

• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update company records efficiently.

• Handle email correspondence, responding promptly and appropriately to inquiries.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings to optimize team productivity.

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Assist in organizing and tracking schedules to ensure deadlines are met.

• Support various administrative processes and contribute to streamlining workflows.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.• Proven experience in administrative support or a related role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

• Demonstrated customer service skills with a commitment to professionalism.

• Familiarity with scheduling and appointment coordination.
