Job Description

Generate cost estimates and proposals for large-scale industrial service projects and remediation RFPs.

Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings to gather necessary project details.

Perform cost analyses to assist leadership with scheduling, bid preparation, vendor selection, and overall project planning.

Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to discuss project costs and address concerns.

Utilize historical project data to refine future cost estimates and ensure consistency in estimating practices.

Assess past projects by comparing estimated costs to actual expenses, identifying discrepancies, and recommending process improvements.

Manage and update a centralized database to track estimates and historical cost trends.

Suggest refinements to estimating procedures to enhance accuracy and reduce variances between projected and actual costs.

Identify cost trends that can aid in budget optimization and efficiency improvements.

Participate in bid and quote evaluations with senior leadership.

Maintain up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and proposal tracking tools.
