About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is the heartbeat of our client service operations, playing a vital part in protecting what matters most to our customers. You'll be responsible for delivering a top-tier experience to clients-from onboarding to annual policy reviews, claims support, and everyday service needs.
This is a full-time position that offers hands-on training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and high-quality service to personal insurance clients
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Understand and anticipate client needs, recommending additional coverages when appropriate
Prepare and present insurance quotes clearly and accurately
Assist clients in filing claims and offer guidance throughout the claims process
Follow internal processes and maintain high underwriting standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery
What We're Looking For
Customer service experience (phone, email, or in-person)
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not required
Property & Casualty License preferred-or willingness to obtain within 60 days (we'll cover the cost and provide time for training)

Full-time
