Job Description: Lead Field Technician

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Field Technician to join our team. This role involves working with cameras, access control, and voice/data cable and hardware. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing cable pathways and cables in large buildings across Nashville. We need someone who can take charge of a project, interpret blueprints, layout jobs, solve problems as they arise, and manage a team of helpers.

Key Responsibilities:

Install low voltage systems, including CCTV and voice/data cable.

Read and interpret blueprints, manage job layouts, and address issues independently.

Lead and manage a small team of 2-6.

Interface with customers in the field to ensure project requirements are met.

No programming required.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in the installation of low voltage systems, including CCTV and voice/data cable.

Proficient in reading blueprints and running jobs independently.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work without supervision.

Experience leading a small team.

Excellent customer interfacing skills.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in installing cable pathways, cameras, access control, and voice/data cable.

Work Environment:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Construction sites with full PPE required.

Dress code: jeans and steel-toed boots.
