We’re looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Metal Cutting & Turning Operations team as a Machinist. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining efficient production by setting up and operating a range of CNC equipment, including turning machines and both vertical and horizontal machining centers. Set-up durations and run times vary depending on the job, and you’ll be working in a fast-paced production environment where meeting standard output rates and maintaining high-quality work are essential. This position requires strong hand-eye coordination and frequent use of both hands and arms for repetitive tasks. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly contribute to the success of the team. **Intermediate CNC Machinist Roles** - 2 Openings - *Expert Level Openings* 2nd Shift: 4:30pm - 1am 1 Opening Overtime: 5 - 10 hours on average *There will be some Saturdays worked, but employees will be told ahead of time, and it will not be mandatory* Pay Scale: $35/hr. - $39/hr. (Dependent on CNC experience) *Key Responsibilities* - Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and follow specific instructions and procedures. - Ability to organize, prioritize and plan daily work assignments in a self-directed changing environment. - Knowledge of shop math. - Proficient use of measuring equipment such as height gauges, micrometers and calipers. - Understanding of metal-cutting applications and machine practices. - Handling of piece parts ranging in weight from 1lb. to 25 lbs. - Deburring and cleaning of parts using various hand and power tools such as a belt sander or drill press. - Inspection of parts visually and using various measurement tools such as height gauges, micrometers and calipers.

Must Haves: - 6 - 10 years of CNC machining experience - 2 - 3+ years of CNC set up experience using fanuc controls - One of these machines: Mazak, Okuma, Haas - Mill and/or Lathe experience - Blueprints experience - Precision measuring tools: micrometers and calipers - HSD or GED Nice to Haves: - CNC vocational Schooling - GD&T experience - Experience with both Lathe and Mill CNC Machines

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00/hr.
