Job Description

Will develop and implement reliability programs for plant equipment.

Will lead action plans for equipment improvements and facilitate reliability review meetings and root cause analysis sessions.

Will coach teams on reliability principles and support the development of effective maintenance programs.

Will oversee and promote preventive maintenance initiatives across the site.

Key Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering is required

7+ years of experience with rotating equipment within a chemical plant

Experience with rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, piping systems, pressure vessels or exchange relief valves
