Experienced Maintenance Technician

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in multifamily communities? We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team—someone who doesn’t just “fix things” but drives property performance, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Lead daily maintenance operations across apartment units, common areas, and facilities

Respond to and complete resident service requests with urgency and professionalism

Execute turn-key processes to prepare apartments for new residents

Troubleshoot and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, locks, and more

Conduct and document preventative maintenance to avoid costly breakdowns

Participate in on-call emergency rotation with prompt, professional response times

Maintain vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and project follow-through

Collaborate with the property management team on special projects and capital improvements

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of multifamily or commercial maintenance experience

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues

Ability to lead tasks independently while maintaining strong team communication

Strong working knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance software

CPO or HVAC certification (preferred but not required)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong organizational and documentation skills
