Are you a driven sales professional looking to grow your career in commercial insurance? Bickle Insurance is seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor to join our high-performing team in Columbus. This role is focused on identifying, developing, and closing commercial insurance opportunities while building lasting client relationships.Compensation:
$60,000 - $100,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Prospect and build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Evaluate risk and conduct insurance reviews to tailor solutions
Prepare and present customized insurance proposals
Drive new business while managing and renewing existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service
Stay engaged with clients post-sale and assist with service or claims when needed
Represent the agency with professionalism in the community and industry eventsQualifications:
Proven sales track record, preferably in commercial insurance or B2B sales
Ohio Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel locally with occasional out-of-town visitsAbout Company
