Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island. As part of this contract position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional technical support, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows 10/11, Office, and OneDrive applications.
• Provide Level 1-2 support for user administration in Microsoft 365, computer imaging, basic networking, and printer configurations.
• Offer hands-on troubleshooting for hardware and software problems across Apple and Dell devices.
• Utilize technical expertise to address issues with Cisco, Citrix, and backup technologies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, problems, and changes in alignment with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality assurance and adherence to testing and technical standards.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to address urgent issues and move problems toward resolution swiftly.
• Assist with configuration management and asset tracking to optimize operational efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service while communicating technical solutions clearly to users.
• Support legal applications, including NetDocuments, with training provided as needed.• At least 1 year of experience in a desktop support or similar technical role.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with user administration in Microsoft 365, imaging computers, networking basics, and printer setup.
• Experience with Apple and Dell devices, as well as configuration and backup technologies.
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Security+ are preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues with urgency and efficiency.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and standards in IT environments.
