Maintenance Technician (Entry-Level )

Job Description

Are you handy, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn a trade? We’re looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician! No prior property maintenance experience? No problem — we’ll train you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist with preparing apartments for new residents

Learn how to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

Help with preventive maintenance and special projects

Respond to resident maintenance requests

Participate in an on-call rotation (once trained)

Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the property

What You Bring:

Mechanical skills or experience working with tools (auto repair, warehouse, construction, etc.)

Willingness to learn property maintenance from the ground up

Positive attitude and a team-player mindset

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all types of weather
