Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide project-focused support for our construction client based in Sparks, NV. This role is an integral part of a high-touch construction project, requiring close collaboration with the project manager and the general contractor. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience within the construction industry and familiarity with invoicing, billing, and some accounts payable (AP) processes. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively support a high-touch, dynamic project. This position offers an opportunity for growth into a permanent role with a well-established construction company. This role is working onsite out on USA Parkway. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth project operations and communication.

• Review, prepare, and process invoices, billings, and accounts payable documentation with precision.

• Manage and organize project-related documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.

• Serve as a key point of contact between the project owner and general contractor, facilitating effective communication.

• Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring the team stays informed of deadlines and progress.

• Maintain well-organized project files in both digital and physical formats for easy access.

• Monitor material procurement and expenditures, assisting with tracking and reporting as needed.

• Coordinate logistics for project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.

• Collaborate with the project team to address administrative needs and resolve issues promptly.• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably within the construction industry.

• Proficiency in handling invoicing, billing, and accounts payable processes.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

• Experience with construction project management software is a plus, though not required.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-touch project environment.

• Familiarity with construction documents and industry-specific processes is highly desirable.
