We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our law firm in Tyler, Texas. Our firm specializes in Estate and Business Planning, Probate, and Real Estate law, and we are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to client service and relationship building. This role offers a clear path to partnership for individuals who demonstrate excellence and initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel and representation in estate planning, probate, business law, and real estate matters.

• Draft and review legal documents, such as wills, trusts, business agreements, and real estate contracts.

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

• Independently manage a caseload from inception to resolution with minimal oversight.

• Actively participate in client development and foster long-term relationships.

• Engage in community outreach and events to promote the firm.

• Utilize legal technology tools, such as document assembly and case management software, to deliver efficient legal services.

• Ensure compliance with legal billing procedures and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive and team-oriented work environment.• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.

• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience in estate planning, probate, business law, or real estate.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software systems, including case management tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

• Willingness to participate in community and detail-oriented activities to enhance the firm's presence.
