We are looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Westminster, CO. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and experience in systems integration, production support, and software development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless system operations while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide production support by managing tickets and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

• Analyze requirements and propose reusable software designs that adhere to industry standards.

• Write, test, and maintain structured code while developing test cases and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Document system designs, testing outcomes, and solutions to ensure clarity and traceability.

• Collaborate with team members to review work, provide constructive feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Plan and execute assignments independently, ensuring timely delivery within project deadlines.

• Stay updated on technological advancements and incorporate best practices into system designs and processes.

• Facilitate team collaboration and maintain high motivation levels to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Support integration activities by developing and troubleshooting APIs and ensuring seamless communication across systems.• Proven hands-on experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform and integration projects.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and XML technologies.

• Familiarity with agile development practices and the ability to work in dynamic environments.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• Experience with Python programming and AWS technologies is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
