Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Broomfield, Colorado. As the sole onsite IT support technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technology operations while addressing a variety of IT challenges. This is a long-term contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary onsite IT support technician, managing desktop and service desk operations for the office.
• Lead the rollout of Windows 11, including configuration, maintenance, and computer upgrades.
• Provide troubleshooting and breakfix support for hardware and software issues.
• Handle account onboarding and offboarding tasks, such as setting up and removing access.
• Collaborate with the remote service desk team to address escalated technical issues.
• Manage IT tasks such as printer installations, Office 365 application support, and responding to SharePoint and Power BI queries.
• Ensure IT security protocols are followed while addressing general networking issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while solving technical challenges efficiently.• Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Active Directory management.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, account setup, and hardware/software installations.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and basic networking concepts.
• IT certifications such as A+, Network+, or Security+ are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technical field is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with tools like SharePoint and Power BI is an advantage.
