We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts for a wide range of roles, including management-level positions, across multiple disciplines. This position is based in Golden Valley, Minnesota, and offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with HR partners and hiring leaders to build talent pipelines and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles, including management-level positions.

• Lead intake meetings with HR business partners and hiring leaders to define role requirements, target salary, and recruitment strategies.

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to meet ongoing and future business needs.

• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and other platforms, with a strong focus on technical and engineering roles.

• Develop consultative relationships with hiring leaders, providing guidance and insights to ensure effective hiring decisions.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing timely updates on recruitment progress and addressing any delays.

• Conduct sourcing sprints to identify high-quality candidates for key roles and hard-to-fill positions.

• Ensure a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and tools, leveraging platforms like Talent Neuron and Phenom.

• Follow up proactively with hiring leaders to ensure responsiveness and alignment throughout the hiring process.• Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including corporate and technical/engineering recruitment.

• Proven ability to manage a requisition load of 15 or more positions simultaneously.

• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and other applicant tracking systems.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly with candidates and hiring leaders.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to ambiguity and shifting priorities.

• Demonstrated success in managing recruitment for diverse roles, including marketing, finance, product management, and engineering.

• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proactive and consultative mindset, capable of providing strategic insights to hiring teams.
