Job functions include packaging quality meat at an efficient, quick pace, inspecting, quality control, making sure seal is good on meat. Have the ability to work in a 40 degree controlled climate, great hygiene and work ethic. May also formulate the meat. Be able to consistently throw 60 lbs of meat.
