Job Opportunity: Data Entry Operator

Location: 3600 Wiseman Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78251

Contract Duration: 5 Months with a high possibility of extension.

Pay rate: $24.62/Hour on W2 W/O Benefits

Responsibilities:

Produce and modify enrolment forms, benefit highlight sheets, and premium worksheets accurately.

Process employee information and coverage selections, ensuring data accuracy and PII security.

Manage work queue and consult with business partners on processes and deliverables.

Contribute to process improvements and material development.

Collaborate with teams to meet customer expectations.

Deliver accurate and cost-effective materials for enrolment requests.

Maintain expertise in team procedures, policies, and end-to-end enrolment processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

A self-starter who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong customer service and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Collaborative and inclusive team player.

Efficient and effective problem-solver.

Basic knowledge of Group Benefits insurance products, enrolment types, and medical underwriting guidelines.

Basic knowledge of Case Management.
