Manufacturing Production Supervisor

Are you a natural leader with a passion for production and people? We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Production Supervisor to take charge of our manufacturing team during a key shift. In this role, you'll drive results, boost team performance, and help us deliver high-quality products on time—every time.

Shift: This is a 12-hour shift, which is 8 PM to 8 AM, and would require the supervisor to work every other weekend.

What You’ll Do:

Champion a safety-first culture—keep your team safe and accountable.

Lead and inspire your crew to hit production and quality targets.

Tackle challenges head-on and keep things running smoothly.

Monitor performance and report shift results to leadership.

Handle employee concerns and support a positive work environment.

Keep the floor clean, organized, and ready to roll (5S practices).

Spot equipment issues and make sure they get fixed fast.

Work closely with other shifts and departments to keep things moving.

Step up for other tasks and projects when needed.

What You Bring:

Associate degree in Business or Manufacturing a plus (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of manufacturing experience.

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Solid skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

A team-player attitude and a drive to make things better every day.
