We are currently seeking an Assistant Installation and Service Manager for a leading nationwide pool company. Our client is a family-owned business known for its commitment to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and high-quality service. This position offers weekly pay, monthly and annual bonus opportunities, and extensive time off during the off-season.
The Assistant Installation and Service Manager will be responsible for the following:
Your specific duties will include:
Ensuring above-ground pool installations are scheduled and completed successfully.
Overseeing a small support team dedicated to helping you achieve that goal.
Collaborating with customers and installers to resolve daily service and installation challenges.
Enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall success of our installation teams.
Utilizing departmental performance reports and coordinating with parts and shipping distributors to maintain or improve shipping accuracy and efficiency.
Contributing to the ongoing success of the service and installation department.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
Minimum of 5 years of verifiable business or residential construction project management experience (REQUIRED).
General construction knowledge sufficient to pass multiple state contractor license exams (REQUIRED).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion (REQUIRED).
A verifiable track record of success (REQUIRED).
Experience with above-ground or in-ground pools is a plus, but not required.
Technical knowledge of above-ground pool installation and the ability to troubleshoot installation or post-installation issues is a plus, but not required.
Pay Rate Range: $65,000 - 75,000 plus bonus
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
