Earning Potential: $80,000 - $150,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Location: Ideally located in New York
Work Style: Remote with approximately 50% travel
Territory: Northeastern U.S. & Eastern Canada – PA, NY, VT, NH, ME, MA, RI, CT, NJ, MD, DE, VA, QC

Known for their artisan-quality products and exceptional customer service, they’re expanding their presence across the Northeastern U.S. and Eastern Canada, and they need a sales professional who can open doors, build trust, and close high-value deals.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. This is for the hunter—the relationship-builder who thrives in the field, knows how to speak to both contractors and high-end designers, and understands that great sales are built on great partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Owning and growing your multi-state territory, building it like it’s your own business
Prospecting, pitching, and closing new accounts with builders, designers, architects, and distributors
Leading product presentations and educational sessions, both virtually and in person
Working hand-in-hand with inside sales and design teams to drive pipeline activity
Tracking progress and managing your book of business in a CRM system like the pro you are
Selling based on value, craftsmanship, and uniqueness—not just price
What You Bring to the Table:
A proven track record in B2B or B2C sales—bonus if it's in building materials, construction, or premium goods
A natural hunter’s mentality—you enjoy the chase and thrive on landing the deal
Ability to confidently move between job sites and executive boardrooms
Strong presentation chops, especially with digital tools and web-based platforms
CRM experience and excellent organization and follow-up habits
Comfortable managing a large, remote territory and traveling ~50% of the time
Based ideally in NY, NJ, or PA with easy access to key Northeast hubs

Are a savvy negotiator with strong emotional intelligence
Have experience selling to high-net-worth individuals and luxury buyers
Know how to cultivate long-term, repeat business
Are comfortable with long sales cycles and complex buying groups
Love teaming up with internal teams to make a sale stick
