Job Title: Journeyman – Glass and Screen Installation

Company: Talent Sourcing Direct inc., a staffing provider, has partnered with a leading Glass & Screen Installation company to find a versatile individual to join their team.

Location: Los Angeles (2-3 job sites)

Position Type: Project-Based, Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman for glass and screen installation in both residential and commercial settings. As part of a team, you will be responsible for accurately measuring, glazing, cutting, and installing glass and screens to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This is a project-based role. You will work across 2-3 job sites during the project duration. This is a great opportunity for skilled professionals with experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

Accurately measure, cut, and install glass and screens for residential and commercial projects.

Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail at all stages of the installation.

Work with clients and project managers to ensure satisfaction and timely project completion.

Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow all safety protocols.

Requirements:

Proven experience in glass and screen installation, with a focus on residential and commercial sites.

Own set of tools, work boots, and hard hat.

Ability to work on multiple job sites (2-3 locations).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable transportation and availability for the initial 2-week project.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $21 + per hour, depending on experience.
