Production Associate

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about precision? Join our team as a Production Associate in our Lamination Department, where you'll help craft high-performance composite parts using advanced materials like carbon fiber, Kevlar, and fiberglass.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare tools and materials to specifications

Perform precise composite layups (Carbon Pre-Preg, Kevlar, Hand Layup, etc.)

Trim, inspect, and finish parts to meet exacting standards

Maintain accurate production records and follow detailed work instructions

Perform rework and repairs as needed

Keep your workspace organized and safe (5S/FOD control)

Participate in required training and continuous improvement efforts

U.S. Person status (due to export control regulations)

High School Diploma or GED preferred

1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing (composites a strong plus!)

Ability to read blueprints, follow instructions, and perform basic math

Skilled with hand tools and measuring instruments

A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality

Team-oriented mindset and solid communication skills

Flexible, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment

1st and 2nd shifts $18- $20/hr DOE
