A candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit who can oversee our small corporate office headquarters in North Naples (Bonita Springs area) would be a welcome addition to our team atmosphere.

What will you do?

Provide general accounting and administrative support.

Process purchase order requests to vendors; track purchases.

Follow up with customers and past due receivables.

Review reports for regular and special adjustments.

Support end of month closings and various ad hoc projects.

Perform research on various accounting processes, analyze variances, and prepare appropriate reports.

Enter financial transactions into our internal databases and reconcile invoices.

You’re a great fit if you have:

Several years minimum general accounting experience with a familiarity of accounting principles, concepts, and techniques.

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports, including skills in analyzing and interpreting financial data.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and accounting software

Good communication and analytical skills
