Sales Manager – Digital Automation (Remote – Southeast/Texas/PA Region)

This is a remote role, but candidates must reside within 100 miles of one of the following cities:
Mobile, AL
Sinton, TX
Pittsburgh, PA
Essential Functions
Manage the sales cycle for digital automation and AI solutions in the metals and manufacturing sector
Develop and grow relationships with industrial clients, identifying digital transformation opportunities
Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to customize solutions
Drive growth through new business development and account expansion
Travel to client sites and industry events (up to 50%)
Requirements and Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field
3 to 10 years of combined experience in automation/digital technology and industrial sales
Prior experience in metals, heavy manufacturing, or similar industrial sectors
Strong communication and consultative sales skills
Proven ability to translate technical solutions into client value propositions
