Seeking Full time REMOTE Customer Care Associate for small busy office. Must be energetic, able to multi-task, have dispute resolution & telephone customer service skills, empathetic & resilient in stressful situations, handle busy phones, good typing skills, work as part of a team & independently, and strong attention to detail. Candidate should be fluent in Excel, Word, Email, Docs, Office etc.. We will train on industry-specific systems as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Must have own updated laptop/computer & headset - phone equipment/headset will be provided by us. Must have dedicated work space at home for remote work.
Min. HS diploma; prefer some college, plus 3+ years customer service office experience. Full time hours are between Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm. Compensation is hourly, plus earned PTO & 6 paid legal holidays.
